I offer individual and group consultation options to support clinicians who have recently completed training through the Syzygy Institute. Whether you are pursuing your Syzygy Institute IFS-Informed EMDR Certification or just want a space to practice using the model and get support around complex cases, clinical consultation can help you build confidence and clarity as an IFS-informed EMDR practitioner.
About Me
I was lucky enough to get training in EMDR and IFS around the same time in 2021, and found that the integration of the two models really transformed the way I work as a therapist. What I love most about IFS informed EMDR is how gently and respectfully it works with what I once perceived as “barriers” to a client’s progress and healing. What’s in the way really is the way!
Under the supervision of Elizabeth Venart, I began guiding for the Syzygy Institute in 2022 and became an IFS-Informed EMDR Approved Consultant in 2026. I love partnering with clinicians who are beginning to bring this model more fully into their work with clients and understand how their own therapist parts show up in sessions. Consultation hours with me can count toward your Syzygy Institute IFS-Informed EMDR Certification.

What’s your consultation experience?
I’ve acted in a mentorship role since I took my first job in community mental health in 2009, supervising first-year music therapy students and creative arts therapy interns. Since starting my private practice in 2021, I’ve supervised several clinicians pursuing their licensure in the state of PA and act in the guide role in Syzygy Institute trainings on a regular basis. Personally, I find ongoing clinical consultation an invaluable part of continuing to strengthen clinical skills and build more confidence and trust in our capacity as healers.

I charge $125 for a 50-55 minute consultation hour and $55 for the group hour.
